Abstract
La obesidad infantil es un problema de responsabilidad colectiva. Seguir accionando como lo venimos haciendo, ya no es una opción para detener la obesidad infantil, es momento de cambiar nuestro accionar. Por lo tanto, es necesario revisar e implementar intervenciones de alimentación saludable, con énfasis en acciones preventivas y de promoción de la salud, que formen parte de políticas públicas de salud establecidas. Si la obesidad y el sobrepeso infantil no se abordan con el debido ímpetu, se convertirán en una amenaza en la calidad de vida de las próximas generaciones y habrá un aumento del gasto público en salud en las siguientes décadas.Downloads
